Woven Rice Noodle Sheets

"Bánh hỏi" roughly translated to woven rice noodle sheet is made from fine strings of rice noodle intricately woven together. Served with choice of meat and fresh vegetables (lettuce, cucumber, mint, in house pickled carrots) to make your own wraps. In Vietnam, bánh hỏi is served at family's special occasions.

Serving suggestion: lay out lettuce leaf on a plate (larger leaves can be broken in half), then unroll the woven rice noodle sheet and lay it on top of lettuce, follow by cucumber, carrot, mint leaves, and meat (removed from skewer). Wrap everything inside the lettuce and dip the roll in our house mixed fish sauce.  Enjoy the array of flavors from fresh vegetables, rice noodle, marinated meat, and fish sauce in every bite.
